Quality Management Specialist

As a Quality Management System (QMS) Manager at Jagannath Industries Pvt Ltd, your key responsibilities will include: - System Development & Implementation: You will be responsible for creating, documenting, and deploying the organization's QMS, which includes developing quality manuals, policies, and procedures to ensure effective quality management. - Compliance & Auditing: Your role will involve ensuring adherence to internal standards, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations through conducting internal audits and coordinating external audits to maintain compliance. - Continuous Improvement: You will be tasked with identifying opportunities for process improvement, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), and implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs) to enhance overall quality standards within the organization. - Documentation & Control: Your duties will also include maintaining accurate and controlled quality documentation such as Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and quality records to demonstrate regulatory compliance. - Training & Support: You will play a crucial role in training employees on quality management principles, procedures, and best practices to cultivate a quality-conscious culture within the organization. - Reporting: As the QMS Manager, you will be responsible for preparing reports on quality performance, audit findings, and improvement initiatives to be presented to senior management and relevant stakeholders for informed decision-making.
