Position - Quality Management Representative

Reporting to COO / Director – Operations

Base Location Head Office (Mumbai) with ≥ 24 factory-audit hours per month

Purpose Own, maintain, and continually improve the ISO 9001 Quality Management System (QMS) across all sites.

Key Responsibilities (90-day & ongoing)

1. Lead annual QMS strategy and risk-based thinking workshops.

2. Maintain Quality Manual, SOPs, process maps, and controlled documents in ERPNext.

3. Plan, schedule, and conduct internal audits; issue NCs and verify closures within 30 days.

4. Facilitate Management Review Meetings; present KPI dashboard (Customer PPM, OTD, CAPA ageing, etc.).

5. Liaise with external certification bodies and key customers during surveillance & recertification audits.

6. Lead root-cause analysis (8D / 5 Whys) and ensure effectiveness of corrective / preventive actions.

7. Drive supplier quality audits and approve new vendors jointly with SCM.

8. Coach process owners and frontline staff on ISO 9001 requirements, risk management, and data integrity.

9. Integrate QMS metrics with ERPNext reports; enable real-time visibility for leadership.

10. Champion continuous-improvement projects (Kaizen, 5S, Poka-Yoke) linked to business goals.

Required Qualifications & Skills:-

Lead Auditor Certification ISO 9001:2015.

5–8 yrs manufacturing QMS experience, incl. multisite.

Strong command of ERPNext document control, workflows, and basic SQL.

Proven facilitator; able to influence without direct authority.

Root-cause & statistical tools (FMEA, SPC, Pareto).

Willingness to travel (≤ 20 %).

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
