Key Responsibilities * Business Process Analysis: Lead workshops and requirement-gathering sessions with stakeholders from Sales, Purchase, Accounts, Manufacturing, and Logistics to understand and document our unique business processes. * System Configuration & Implementation: Take ownership of the end-to-end functional implementation of ERPNext. Configure and customize modules (especially Manufacturing, Inventory, Sales, and Purchase), workflows, print formats, and user permissions to align with our business requirements. * Solution Design: Analyze business challenges related to production planning, bill of materials (BOM), inventory management, and export documentation, designing robust and scalable solutions within ERPNext. * Data Migration: Oversee and manage the migration of master data (Items, Customers, Suppliers, BOMs) and opening balances from legacy systems into ERPNext, ensuring data integrity. * User Training & Support: Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for all end-users. Provide ongoing functional support to resolve queries and issues, acting as the first point of contact for ERP-related problems. * Testing & Quality Assurance: Create and execute test plans to ensure system configurations and customizations are working as expected before deployment. * Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive functional documentation, including user guides, process flowcharts, and system configuration documents. * Collaboration: Work closely with our technical team or implementation partners to define requirements for advanced customizations that require coding. Required Skills & Qualifications * Experience: 2+ years of hands-on experience as an ERPNext Functional Consultant. * Domain Expertise: Strong functional knowledge of core ERPNext modules, including Manufacturing, Accounts, Sales, Purchase, and Inventory. * Implementation Experience: Proven track record of successfully leading at least two full-cycle ERPNext implementations, preferably in a manufacturing environment. * Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to understand complex business requirements and translate them into system configurations. * Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. * Project Management: Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver projects within deadlines. * Education: A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field. Good-to-Have Skills * Crucial: Direct experience in the manufacturing and export industry. * Knowledge of Indian accounting principles and export regulations (GST, TDS, Forex, etc.). * Basic understanding of the Frappe Framework. * Experience with third-party software integrations with ERPNext.
