Job Responsibilities: Coordinate and manage purchase orders, vendor follow-ups, and procurement schedules. Maintain and update purchase records, supplier databases, and inventory status. Negotiate pricing and terms with suppliers while ensuring timely delivery. Collaborate with internal departments for material planning and stock requirements. Track shipments and resolve any supply issues or delays. Prepare reports on procurement, cost savings, and vendor performance. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in supply chain, business, or a related field. Minimum 1 years of experience in a similar role Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and ERP systems.
