Job Title: VMC Operator Location: Nobtech Enterprises, Kandivali, Mumbai Job Type: Full-time Industry: Manufacturing / Engineering Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled and experienced VMC (Vertical Machining Center) Operator to join our team at Nobtech Enterprises. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in operating VMC machines, interpreting engineering drawings, and maintaining high levels of precision in machining components. Key Responsibilities: Operate and set up VMC machines as per production requirements. Interpret technical drawings and job orders to determine machining dimensions and tolerances. Perform tool setting and offset adjustments. Inspect finished products for quality, ensuring they meet specifications using appropriate measuring instruments (e.g., Vernier caliper, micrometer, height gauge). Monitor machine operations and ensure consistent production output. Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition. Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean working environment. Requirements: ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or relevant field. 2–5 years of experience in operating VMC machines. Proficient in reading mechanical drawings. Knowledge of G-code and M-code is an advantage. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Attention to detail and quality-focused mindset.
