Gender Preference - Male Transportation - Yes bus from station Provident Fund (Yes/No) - No Bonus - Yes Paid Leaves - No Min 4-5yrs Experience in LED Lighting Manufacturing Firm Job Disctiption To Maintaining Calibration Related Document To Preparation of Quality Related Document Inward Material Inspection & Report Send to Supplier Corrective Action report format and follow up. Quarterly supplier evaluation reports. Rejection Analysis of Inward. Monthly Report – Lot Record, Reject, hold, GRN Clearance Time. Inspection Report Clearance in system. Make jig for checking item-to reduce inspection time. Involvement in In-process Rejection activity. Maintaining 5s in work place. Vendor process audit Internal process audit Making New product development report Product TDS making Product Bom making, Product Bom making, Handling IQC, LQC & FQC and making report New product testing like thermal, high voltage , low voltage , short circuit , open circuit , reverse polarity , photometry , insulation resistant , surge test Packaging material development Communicate with new vendor regarding new project material. Fabrication In-process Inspection Make 1st piece Inspection Report. To making Gauge and Fixture.
