Quarterly supplier evaluation reports. Rejection Analysis of Inward. Monthly Report – Lot Record, Reject, hold, GRN Clearance Time. Inspection Report Clearance in system. Make jig for checking item-to reduce inspection time. Involvement in In-process Rejection activity. Maintaining 5s in work place. Vendor process audit Internal process audit Making New product development report Product TDS making Product Bom making, Product Bom making, Handling IQC, LQC & FQC and making report New product testing like thermal, high voltage , low voltage , short circuit , open circuit , reverse polarity , photometry , insulation resistant , surge test Packaging material development Communicate with new vendor regarding new project material. Fabrication In-process Inspection Make 1st piece Inspection Report. To making Gauge and Fixture.
