Welcome and greet guests with enthusiasm and professionalism. Manage guest check-ins and check-outs, ensuring a smooth process. Provide information about the game zone's offerings, including game rules, promotions, and special events. Handle reservations and bookings for game sessions, birthday parties, and group events. Process payments and handle cash transactions with accuracy and integrity. Address and resolve guest inquiries, complaints, and issues promptly and effectively. Maintain an organized and clean front desk area, ensuring it reflects a positive image. Assist with managing game zone equipment and ensuring it is in good working order. Enforce game zone rules and safety protocols to ensure a safe environment for all guests. Collaborate with team members to support overall operations and enhance the guest experience. Promote and upsell memberships, game packages, and special offers as appropriate. Requirement : Need a good front office employee who is proficient in English/ Hindi. Honest, disciplined and hard working. Should work on weekends (one week off will be given between Mon-Friday). Benefit : 1. Accommodation will be provided for candidates (if needed). 2.
