KRA: 1. Lead Generation & Follow-up Generate new leads through cold calling, databases, and inquiries. Follow up with potential clients for upcoming exhibitions or stall fabrication needs. Maintain a lead tracker with status updates. 2. Client Communication Clearly explain the company’s exhibition and fabrication services. Understand client requirements and communicate them accurately to the sales/design team. Build rapport and maintain regular contact with prospects and existing clients. 3. Appointment Setting Schedule meetings or calls between clients and sales/execution team. Ensure calendar invites and follow-ups are timely and professional. 4. Database Management Maintain and regularly update the client database (CRM or Excel). Segment data based on industry, budget, interest level, etc. 5. Market Intelligence Collect feedback from prospects on industry trends or competitor activities. Share insights with the marketing/sales team for strategic planning. 6. Target Achievement Meet weekly/monthly targets for calls made, leads generated, and appointments fixed. Provide daily and weekly call reports.
