The R&D Engineer will be responsible for developing new LED lighting products, Testing Lab Management Testing of LED Modules, Using Goniophotometer Safety and performance test on LED Modules as per IS/IES standards. Knowledge of Photometry Standards IES LM79, IS 16106, Safety Standards IS 16102, IEC 60598, IS 10322, IS 15885, IS 11000, IS 8913, IS 14700, RDSO. Assist in testing lab management as per ISO/IEC 17025:2017. • Assist in new Equipment installation, Verification of Equipment, Make work instruction of Equipment. • Calculate Measurement Uncertainty. • Intermediate & Replicate Test Check. • Maintaining Technical Reports and Documents of Relevant Projects. • Calibration & Preventive Maintenance of Equipment. • Prioritize projects in testing & compliance and ensure progress towards completion. • Manage and monitoring of testing equipment Qualifications 1+ Years of experience in LED lights Strong Analytical Skills and Research abilities Experience in Research and Development (R&D), including Product Development Proficiency in Testing and data analysis Good communication and teamwork skills Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field Experience in the lighting industry is a plus

We’re seeking an experienced Senior Government Tender & Liaison Manager to lead our LED lighting business’s government tendering and liaison strategy. This role demands deep expertise in navigating complex government procurement frameworks, from central ministries and PSUs to Smart City projects. You’ll be responsible for sourcing, analyzing, and leading end-to-end tender processes while building strong relationships with government procurement stakeholders. 🟦 Key Responsibilities: ✅ Strategic Tender Sourcing & Analysis Monitor and evaluate tenders on GeM, CPPP, eProc, Smart City, Indian Railways, PSU portals. Analyze technical specifications (IS certifications, energy norms, photometry) to ensure compliant and competitive bids. ✅ End-to-End Bid Leadership Lead technical and commercial submission of tenders, including BOQ preparation, costing, and compliance. Develop pricing strategies balancing competitiveness and margin targets. Manage bid documentation (LM 79/IES files, warranty terms, statutory forms). ✅ Government Liaison & Stakeholder Management Build and maintain relationships with officials across ministries, PSUs, ULBs, Railways, Smart City offices. Represent Silver in pre-bid meetings, RFIs, technical clarifications, and inspections. ✅ Compliance & Documentation Management Oversee all tender-related documentation including EMD/PBG, test reports, and subsidy-linked program compliance (UJALA, SLNP). ✅ Sales Target Achievement & Reporting Achieve revenue targets via tender wins. Maintain a healthy tender pipeline; report on bid-win ratios, profitability, and sales performance to senior management. 🟦 Ideal Candidate Profile: 8+ years of experience in government tenders for LED lighting solutions. Proven record managing high-value tenders (e.g., ₹X–₹Y crore projects). Expertise across LED bulbs, streetlights, drivers, industrial luminaires, indoor/outdoor solutions. Deep familiarity with government procurement norms, IS/energy certification, subsidy schemes. Strong liaison and negotiation skills with government departments. Excellent documentation, costing, and compliance management capabilities.
