Quality Engineer

CSafe is looking for a Quality Engineer to join our world-class Indian Quality team. This role is responsible for India facilities IMS (QMS, EMS & OHSMS) activities, but will be performed from Panvel Maharashtra, India! Standard Working schedule is Monday through Saturday from 09:00 am to 05:00 pm IST.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for planning & execution of Internal audit.
• Responsible for planning & execution of MRM.
• Responsible for execution of customer audits.
• Responsible for RCA & corrective actions of NC received in audits & complaints.
• Responsible for planning & execution of third-party audits.
• Inspects the facility to identify safety, health, and environmental risks.
• Prepares and schedules training to cover emergency procedures, workplace safety, and other relevant topics.
• Monitors compliance with safety procedures.
• Monitor compliance to policies and laws by inspecting employees and operations.
• Report on health and safety awareness, issues and statistics.
• 100% compliance obligation of statutory requirements.
• Periodic review of incoming, online inspection plans.
• Responsible for verification of incoming & online inspection reports.
• Preparation & Execution of Supplier Audit Plan.
• Periodic review of standard operating procedures.
• Control of Deviations & Change Management.
• Amendment in Documented Information’s if required.
• Periodic review of Risk Register.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• Proficiency in English & Marathi regarding Read, Write & Speak.
• Proficiency on Microsoft word & Excel.
• Lead Auditor of ISO 9001:2015
• Lean Management Skill.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree with minimum 12 years’ experience in QAQC.
• ISO9001:2015 Lead Auditor, ISO 14001:2015 Internal Auditor & ISO 45001:2018 Internal Auditor.
