Role Description

This is a full-time, remote role for a Quality Controller. The Quality Controller will be responsible for ensuring high standards through effective quality control processes, overseeing quality assurance initiatives, and managing quality management systems. Daily tasks include monitoring operations, conducting audits, implementing training programs, and identifying areas for improvement to enhance overall efficiency and accuracy.

We are looking for a skilled Quality Controller (non technical) to oversee, evaluate, and ensure the accuracy, compliance, and performance standards across operational processes. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in quality control practices and strong analytical and organizational abilities.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and implement quality control standards, procedures, and best practices

* Monitor operational outputs to ensure adherence to quality benchmarks

* Conduct audits, evaluations, and corrective action follow-ups

* Prepare quality assessment reports and performance insights

* Coordinate with internal teams for resolution of quality deviations

* Train and guide team members on quality protocols and compliance

* Drive continuous improvement initiatives across processes

Required Skills & Qualifications

* 1–2 years of proven experience in quality controlling or similar role

* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability

* Ability to analyze data and prepare structured reports

Malayalam and English

* Ability to work independently in a remote setting

* Strong organizational and documentation skills
