Job Description

QA Specialist


Position Overview

We are looking for a QA Specialist with 6–8 years of experience to manage and monitor financial and operational processes within marketing/similar domain. The role focuses on ensuring accurate top-ups, financial reconciliation, and process adherence, along with maintaining updated records for accountability.

The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for detail, excellent data management skills, and the ability to ensure operational discipline across teams.


Key Responsibilities

Top-Up Management

  • Monitor and track all ad account top-ups and payments on a daily/weekly basis.
  • Verify that top-ups are completed on time and reconcile balances across accounts.
  • Flag any discrepancies, shortfalls, or delays immediately.


Reconciliation & Reporting

  • Maintain and update all operational and financial sheets post top-ups.
  • Reconcile actual spends against top-ups and provide variance analysis.
  • Prepare regular MIS (Management Information System) reports for management.


Process Compliance

  • Ensure all SOPs related to financial operations, top-ups, and reporting are strictly followed.
  • Conduct routine checks to confirm all records are accurate, complete, and up to date.
  • Highlight process deviations and recommend corrective actions.


Operational Support

  • Work with marketing and finance teams for accurate data on balances and spends.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless flow of financial and operational information.
  • Assist in budget tracking and monthly/quarterly reconciliation activities.


Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance or related field.
  • 6–8 years of experience in

    operations, finance reconciliation, or accounts management

    , preferably in a marketing/digital advertising setup.
  • Advanced proficiency in

    Excel/Google Sheets

    (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, reconciliations).
  • Strong numerical, analytical, and record-keeping skills.
  • Ability to work independently with high attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with ad platforms (Meta, Google etc.) is a plus.
