Role and Responsibilities:

Conduct end-to-end quality monitoring for data entry/transactional processes.
Prepare comprehensive
Quality Reports
, summarizing trends and identifying root causes.
Develop and implement
improvement plans
in collaboration with Operations Supervisors.
Plan and execute audit work adhering to established standards.
Collaborate with the
Training team
to address quality gaps and update job knowledge.
Participate actively in
Calibration
sessions.
