🔧 What you’ll do

• Own

  end-to-end testing delivery

  across a portfolio of programs, ensuring high-quality outcomes and business continuity.
• Lead and manage a

  QA team of 10–12 members

  , including goal setting, performance reviews, and development planning.
• Drive

  automation strategy

  and execution for medium to large-scale programs.
• Collaborate with

  Architects, Scrum teams, and stakeholders

  to ensure testability and automation readiness.
• Provide functional and technical feedback on solution design.
• Innovate on tools, frameworks, and processes to continuously improve QA practices.

🧠 What we’re looking for

• 10–12+ years of overall experience in Quality Assurance / Software Testing

  , within enterprise IT environments.
• Proven experience in

  QA leadership or Test Management

  roles.
• Strong hands-on background in

  test automation

  and enterprise application testing.
• Experience leading teams and delivering testing for complex, business-critical platforms.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
