Skills and Qualifications: Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and facility systems. Excellent problem-solving and leadership abilities. Experience in budgeting, vendor management, and planning. Proficient with CMMS and MS Office tools. Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering fields. 7+ years maintenance experience with leadership in managing teams.
