We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to oversees all maintenance activities to ensure optimal performance and reliability of equipment, facilities, and infrastructure. This role involves planning and executing preventive and corrective maintenance programs, managing maintenance teams and contractors, and aligning maintenance schedules with operational needs. Location : Rudrapur, Uttarakhand Key Responsibilities: Lead preventive and corrective maintenance to minimize downtime. Supervise and coordinate maintenance staff and external vendors. Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards. Manage maintenance budgets and optimize resource use. Maintain maintenance records and asset histories. Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance asset life and efficiency. Use CMMS and other tools for tracking maintenance activities and performance. Skills and Qualifications: Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and facility systems. Excellent problem-solving and leadership abilities. Experience in budgeting, vendor management, and planning. Proficient with CMMS and MS Office tools. Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering fields. 7+ years maintenance experience with leadership in managing teams. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and committed to maintaining operational excellence, safety, and cost efficiency across all maintenance processes.
