Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced QA Lead with 5+ years of experience to lead quality assurance activities across projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining QA strategy, managing QA teams, ensuring high-quality deliverables, and collaborating closely with development and business stakeholders to ensure robust and scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage end-to-end QA activities for assigned projects.
Define and implement QA processes, standards, and best practices.
Prepare test strategies, test plans, test cases, and test reports.
Ensure functional, regression, system, integration, and UAT testing coverage.
Coordinate with developers, product owners, and business teams to resolve defects.
Track defects, perform root cause analysis, and ensure timely closure.
Mentor and guide QA team members and conduct reviews.
Drive automation testing initiatives and improve test efficiency.
Ensure compliance with quality standards and delivery timelines.
Participate in requirement reviews and provide early quality inputs.

Role Requirements and Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance.
Strong experience in Manual Testing and Test Management.
Hands-on experience with Automation Testing tools (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, etc.)
Experience with API testing (Postman, REST Assured, etc.)
Good understanding of SDLC, STLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Experience using defect tracking tools like JIRA, Bugzilla, Azure DevOps.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Experience in client interaction and requirement analysis is a plus.
