Quality Assurance Lead

As a Lead - Quality Assurance at the company, your role will involve the following responsibilities and qualifications: Role Overview: - You should have 8+ years of experience with excellent knowledge and implementation skills in the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC). - You must possess a good understanding and working knowledge of JavaScript and Python. - Experience in database concepts and SQL Testing is required. - Familiarity with API Tool like Postman and Integration Tools like Git and Jenkins is essential. - Your responsibilities will include being involved in Business Requirement Specifications, Functional Specifications, and Design documentations, converting them into Test Scenarios. - Designing performance scenarios, scripts executions, and monitoring performance tests as a performance tester will be part of your tasks. - You should be proficient in various phases of Testing such as Automation Testing, Functional Testing, Regression Testing, Application Testing, Web Services Testing, and Database Testing. - Executing Test cases based on the readiness of the module and scheduling the framework execution with Continuous Integration tools will be your responsibility. - Participation in de-briefing meetings, kick-off meetings, managing testing cycles, test plan creation, script development, and coordination of user acceptance testing is expected from you. - Planning and tracking tasks among the team, providing daily status updates on-call to stakeholders, and conducting Sanity tests after each build update are key parts of your role.
