Role Summary

We’re currently looking for a QA Manual Tester with 1-3 years of experience who can assist our Product team in ensuring the quality and reliability of our web platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of QA processes, experience in manual testing, and the ability to collaborate effectively with developers and product teams.

Key Responsibilities

Understand product requirements and translate them into detailed test cases.

Execute manual test cases to identify bugs and ensure product functionality, usability, and performance.

Record and track bugs effectively using appropriate tools.

Collaborate with developers to reproduce issues and ensure timely resolution.

Perform regression testing when bugs are resolved or features are updated.

Assist in creating and maintaining comprehensive test documentation.

Participate in requirement analysis and provide a QA perspective on feasibility, risks, and impact.

Ensure adherence to QA processes and suggest improvements wherever applicable.

Qualifications & Skills

1-3 years of experience as a QA Manual Tester.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field from a reputed college.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.

Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude.

Good understanding of QA processes and software development lifecycle.

Familiarity with tools like JIRA or basic SQL is a plus.

Exposure to HTML, CSS, or Agile workflows would be an added advantage but is not mandatory.

Good to Have

Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test cases.

Knowledge of web and mobile application testing.

Hands-on experience with bug tracking tools (e.g. Jira, Trello, Asana).

Basic understanding of automation testing concepts.
