Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring that all products meet the highest standards of quality, reliability, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct regular quality control inspections during the production process.

Develop, implement, and manage Quality Assurance programs.

Ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards.

Perform quality audits and maintain accurate records of all quality assessments.

Identify and resolve quality-related issues through root cause analysis and corrective actions.

Support the implementation and continuous improvement of Quality Management Systems (QMS).

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain and enhance overall product quality.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.

Proven experience in Quality Control, Quality Assurance, or Quality Management (experience in manufacturing preferred).

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

High attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Freshers with relevant technical background and enthusiasm to learn are also encouraged to apply.
