Senior QA Engineer

Required Skills & Experience:

• 7+ years of QA experience in product/platform environments.
• Proven track record of owning QA across complex, scalable systems (Web Apps, APIs, Backend).
• Hands-on experience testing multimedia assets – video, audio, and image workflows.
• Prior experience with

  cloud-native

  agent-based

  platforms.
• Ability to identify test coverage gaps and proactively mitigate quality risks.

Automation Expertise:

• 5+ years of strong automation experience.
• Proven ability to build and scale automation frameworks from scratch.
• Expertise in automating tests across all levels –

  Unit, Integration, UI, and API

• Hands-on experience integrating test automation into

  CI/CD pipelines

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Platform Quality Ownership

• Lead QA strategy & execution for

  Velocity

  and

  Agentic AI

  .
• Ensure quality across UI, API, backend, integrations (LLMs, cloud services), and outputs (images, video, audio, JSON).

🔹 Functional & Exploratory Testing

• Plan, execute, and report functional tests across multimedia workflows and user-facing tools.
• Validate end-to-end experiences including video rendering accuracy, agent fallback logic, and API reliability.

🔹 Automation Engineering

• Build automation frameworks from scratch for UI, API, backend, and system-level testing.
• Select the best tech stack – optimize for speed, maintainability, and coverage.
• Own automation pipelines integrated with CI/CD workflows.

🔹 Performance & Resilience Testing

• Identify quality risks (concurrency issues, multimedia processing failures, LLM timeouts, agent orchestration failures).
• Conduct performance, load, and regression testing to ensure platform robustness.

🔹 Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with

  Engineering, Product, Design, and AI teams

  to maintain quality in rapid release cycles.
• Contribute to sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives with quality-focused insights.
