Amazon Cataloging Intern – Job Description

Key Responsibilities:-

• Assist in creating, uploading, and updating product listings on Amazon Seller Central.
• Write accurate and keyword-optimized product titles, bullet points, and descriptions.
• Ensure listing compliance with Amazon's content policies and category guidelines.
• Perform data entry tasks, including handling bulk listing templates and flat files.
• Coordinate with the content, marketing, and design teams to maintain listing quality.
• Monitor listing status (active, suppressed, stranded) and help resolve errors.
• Conduct competitor research and identify best practices for catalog enhancement.

Requirements:

• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and data handling.
• Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and a willingness to learn.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.

Good to Have:

• Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central or other marketplace backends.
• Knowledge of SEO and keyword research tools (Helium10, Jungle Scout, etc.).
