Job Description

Job Title and Description Job Title: QA/Test Engineer Job Description: QA Engineer to lead the quality assurance process for its multi-service super app and custom Software. This role involves overseeing the testing of complex modules across mobile, web, and backend microservices. You will work closely with developers, product managers, and designers to ensure that all components meet high standards of functionality, security, usability, and performance. Key Responsibilities Key Responsibilities: Testing Strategy & Planning Define test plans, test cases, and QA processes across projects. Create test documentation for all service modules (e.g., ride-booking, fleet, marketplace, wallet, referrals, customer support,E commerce, and etc). Work with PM and developers to understand requirements and identify edge cases. Manual & Automated Testing Perform manual testing for web and mobile apps (Flutter). Manual Testing on Web Dashboards (React) Perform Manual Testing On Web Dashboards (React) Automation Script Development Develop automation scripts using tools like Selenium, Appium, Cypress. Ensure automated regression tests are built and maintained. API & Integration Testing Test RESTful APIs for service communications and 3rd-party integrations. Use tools like Postman, Swagger, or Insomnia for validation and automation. Performance, Security & Load Testing Use JMeter, LoadRunner, or equivalent tools to test the system under stress. Ensure apps are compliant with security and GDPR guidelines. Bug Tracking & Reporting Log detailed bug reports in Jira with replication steps. Work closely with developers to prioritize and resolve bugs. CI/CD & DevOps Integration Integrate QA scripts into pipelines using GitHub Actions or Jenkins. Validate builds in staging before production releases. Responsibilities Mentor junior testers and assign QA tasks.Review and improve QA documentation and practices. Tools & Technologies Test Management: TestRail, Zephyr Automation: Selenium, Appium, Cypress API Testing: Postman, Swagger Bug Tracking: Jira, ClickUp . CI/CD: GitHub Actions, Jenkins Performance Testing: JMeter, BlazeMeter Platforms: Laravel,Node.js, and Python (Backend), React,(Admin), Flutter, React Native (Mobile) Qualifications 3-5 years in QA roles, with at least 1 years in senior or lead positions Experience testing complex SaaS/ mobile systems Proficiency with automation and scripting Strong problem-solving and communication skills
