Flutter Developer

Job Summary:We are looking for a Senior Flutter Developer with 3–4 years of proven experience in designing, developing, and deploying mobile applications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building cross-platform mobile apps with high performance and excellent user experience. You will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend teams to deliver scalable solutions. Key Responsibilities:Develop, test, and deploy high-quality mobile applications using Flutter (iOS & Android). Design and implement clean, maintainable, and scalable code following best practices. Work with RESTful APIs, third-party libraries, and cloud services (Firebase, AWS, or similar). Ensure application performance, responsiveness, and security. Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate designs into functional mobile interfaces. Lead code reviews, provide mentorship to junior developers, and ensure code quality. Troubleshoot and debug application issues, providing quick solutions. Stay updated with the latest trends in Flutter and mobile app development. Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. 3–4 years of professional experience in Flutter app development. Strong understanding of Dart language and Flutter framework. Experience with state management techniques (Provider, Riverpod, Bloc, GetX, etc.). Solid understanding of mobile app architecture (MVC, MVVM, Clean Architecture). Hands-on experience with Firebase services (Auth, Firestore, Push Notifications, Analytics). Knowledge of integrating third-party APIs, payment gateways, and SDKs. Proficiency with version control (Git, GitHub/Bitbucket). Experience in publishing apps to App Store & Google Play. Strong debugging, problem-solving, and optimization skills. Good to Have:Knowledge of native iOS/Android development (Swift/Java/Kotlin). Experience with CI/CD pipelines for mobile app deployment. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Previous experience in leading a small team or mentoring junior developers.
