About the role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all products, processes, and systems meet the highest standards of quality, reliability, and compliance. The role involves conducting audits, analyzing data, implementing corrective actions, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and ensure product quality throughout the production process.
• Perform inspections, testing, and validation of materials and finished products.
• Develop and implement quality control procedures and standards.
• Conduct root cause analysis and lead corrective and preventive action (CAPA) plans.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to resolve quality issues.
• Maintain documentation for quality reports, audits, and compliance records.
• Participate in internal and external quality audits.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and support lean initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, certifications, and customer requirements.

Technical Skills Required

· Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Production, Industrial, or related fields).

· Minimum 2–4 years of experience in quality engineering or quality control.

· Strong knowledge of quality management systems (QMS).

· Experience with calibration, inspection tools, and testing methods.

· Familiarity with ISO standards (ISO 9001 preferred).

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Proficiency in documentation, reporting, and data analysis.

· Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
