We are expanding our finance operations at our Cochin office.

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Accountant with 3–4 years of experience to manage day-to-day accounting, financial reporting, and statutory compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of accounting principles and exposure to both Indian and UAE tax systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update books of accounts, ledgers, and journal entries.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, vendor payments, and reconciliations.
• Handle payroll accounting and ensure compliance with statutory deductions.
• Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
• File GST, TDS, and other statutory returns accurately and on time.
• Support internal and external audits.
• Assist management with budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis.
• Coordinate with the Dubai office for intercompany transactions and reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.
• 3–4 years of hands-on accounting experience (preferably in manufacturing or trading).
• Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software.
• Sound knowledge of GST, TDS, and financial reporting standards.
• Excellent attention to detail, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills

• CA Intermediate qualified (preferred).
• Knowledge of UAE VAT regulations will be an added advantage.
• Experience in inventory management and cost accounting.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
