QA & QC Engineer

Experience: 4–8 Years (High-Rise Building Experience Mandatory)

About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled QA/QC Engineer with proven experience in high-rise residential/commercial projects to ensure that all construction activities meet required quality standards, codes, and specifications.

Key Responsibilities:Quality Assurance & Control

• Develop and implement project-specific Quality Assurance Plans (QAP) and Inspection Test Plans (ITP).
• Conduct inspections for civil, structural, finishing, and MEP works as per approved drawings and standards.
• Monitor and verify material quality, test reports, and certifications.

Site Monitoring & Compliance

• Carry out daily site inspections, record quality observations, and ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Report non-compliance through NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports) and follow up on corrective actions.
• Coordinate with contractors and consultants for quality audits, approvals, and re-inspections.

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain QA/QC documentation, including checklists, test reports, calibration records, and inspection logs.
• Prepare weekly/monthly quality performance reports for management review.
• Ensure documentation aligns with ISO quality standards (if applicable).

Coordination

• Work closely with the project manager, site engineers, contractors, and third-party labs for seamless quality control.
• Attend technical meetings and propose solutions for quality-related issues.

Safety & Compliance

• Ensure work is carried out in compliance with IS codes, project specifications, and statutory requirements.
• Support the safety team by identifying quality hazards impacting structural integrity.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• 4–8 years of QA/QC experience in high-rise projects (mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of IS codes, QA/QC processes, materials testing, and construction standards.
• Experience with concrete works, formwork systems, reinforcement checks, blockwork, plastering, waterproofing, and finishing.
• Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD; familiarity with QA/QC software is a plus.
• Strong communication, documentation, and analytical skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
