Job Title: QA & QC Engineer
Location: Nashik, Maharashtra

Experience Required: 1 3 Years

CTC: Up to 3 LPA(CTC can be negotiable as per experience & interview performance)

Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented QA & QC Engineer to ensure quality standards are consistently met throughout manufacturing processes. The candidate will handle inspection, documentation, testing, and quality audits, ensuring products meet internal and industry specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct daily in-process and final inspections of manufactured products.


• Perform quality checks using measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper (mandatory).


• Maintain quality records, documentation, and inspection reports.


• Assist in root cause analysis and corrective & preventive actions (CAPA).


• Follow quality assurance protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs).


• Monitor raw material quality and vendor quality compliance.


• Coordinate with Production, Design, and Dispatch teams to resolve quality issues.


• Support audit activities (internal & external).


• Improve processes through feedback and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Hands-on experience in Vernier Caliper and other measuring instruments.


• Knowledge of QA/QC processes, standards, and inspection guidelines.


• Familiarity with manufacturing workflows and quality documentation.


• Strong understanding of tolerances, dimension checks, and calibration.


• Good communication and reporting skills.


• Ability to analyze issues and implement quality improvements.

Education

• Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical/Production/Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
