Job Title: Executive – QA (Quality Assurance)

Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate and meticulous QA Executive responsible for manual testing and ensuring the highest level of software quality. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SDLC, testing fundamentals, and a problem-solving mindset. You’ll work closely with the Product and Tech teams to validate product performance, ensure accuracy, and improve end-user satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

1. Roles & Responsibilities

• Test end-to-end product workflows and ensure a seamless user experience.
• Understand functional and non-functional requirements and validate them from an end-user’s perspective.
• Prepare and execute test cases with detailed documentation.
• Log and track defects using bug-tracking tools and coordinate with developers for closure.
• Perform regression, pre-release, and post-release testing for target modules.
• Review requirements, identify test gaps, and provide proactive feedback to the Product and Tech teams.
• Validate AI-driven recommendations and system responses.
• Work closely with the development team to ensure quality across all releases.
• Exposure to SQL/Postman/Selenium would be an added advantage.

2. Leadership & Team Work

• Drive the organization’s vision, mission, and values through ownership and accountability.
• Participate in all team meetings and cross-functional QA discussions enthusiastically.

3. Growth Path

Successful performers in this role can progress to Senior QA Executive or QA Lead roles, gaining exposure to automation testing, product quality strategy, and cross-functional product delivery excellence.

Competencies / Qualifications & Experience

• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
• Good understanding of test planning, design, and execution.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Familiarity with databases and basic SQL knowledge.
• Good understanding of defect management procedures and tools.
• Graduate degree preferred (B.Tech / B.Sc / BCA).
• 2–3 years of experience in manual testing of web applications or SaaS products.
