QA Executive

As a QA Executive at our company, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of software and eLearning products. Your key responsibilities will include: - Working with the software and eLearning team to understand quality requirements. - Debugging software and eLearning products based on requirements documents & storyboards. - Writing test cases and scenarios. - Reporting bugs using different web-based bug tracking tools. - Verifying fixes (regression) and signing off the product for release. - Creating trend analysis data based on bug reports and development team comments. - Initiating discussions on improving existing processes/standards or creating new ones to enhance quality. - Collaborating closely with software and eLearning product development teams to ensure the delivery of quality products. - Regularly tracking & reporting tasks and maintaining time-sheets. To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications and experience: - Sound knowledge in QA Process & Manual Testing. - Familiarity with any testing tools. - Foundation level ISTQB Certification is a plus. - Educational background in B.Tech/BCA/BSc. IT/MCA. - Graduate in any discipline (Mandatory). - Hands-on experience with bug tracking tools. - Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
