Senior Python Developer with AI expertise

As a technical lead, you will mentor the team, own solution architecture, and drive full lifecycle development of AI-driven features and systems. Exposure to frontend technologies is a strong plus and will help in collaborating effectively across the full stack. 

Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership

• Lead and mentor a team of Python and AI engineers. 
• Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and guide architectural decisions. 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, UX, and DevOps. 

Backend Development

• Architect and implement scalable microservices and APIs using

  Python

  ,

  Django

  , and

  FastAPI

  . 
• Design and maintain

  RESTful APIs

  to support frontend and integration needs. 
• Work with containerized applications using

  Docker

  and orchestrate deployments with

  Kubernetes

  or similar platforms. 

AI/ML Development

• Develop and deploy AI models for NLP, classification, recommendation, or similar tasks. 
• Apply

  EDA (Exploratory Data Analysis)

  techniques for data cleansing, feature engineering, and pattern discovery. 
• Implement and fine-tune

  RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)

  pipelines and

  agentic AI systems

  (e.g., LangChain, CrewAI). 
• Handle

  end-to-end ML operations

  including experimentation, model versioning, testing, deployment, and monitoring. 

MLOps & Deployment

• Build CI/CD pipelines for AI models and backend services. 
• Deploy models using tools like

  MLflow

  , or custom Docker-based solutions. 
• Set up logging, alerting, and performance monitoring for production-grade AI systems. 

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Skills

• 7+ years of backend development with

• Solid understanding of

  REST API design

  , integration patterns, and performance optimization. 
• At least 3 years of experience in

  AI/ML engineering

  including model deployment.
