Job Description

Design, develop, and maintain automation solutions by integrating with third-party product APIs such as GitHub, SonarQube, and Jira. Build and maintain scripts for automated housekeeping, process optimization, and reporting.

In the area of process automation, identify manual, repetitive tasks and implement robust automations to enhance productivity and accuracy. Monitor, troubleshoot, and enhance existing automation workflows.

For dashboard and front-end development, design and develop intuitive dashboards and user interfaces using Angular and Node JS to visualize data and automation outcomes. Collaborate with stakeholders to define dashboard requirements and deliver actionable insights.

With respect to database design and management, architect, design, and optimize databases to store, retrieve, and analyze automation data efficiently, while ensuring data integrity, security, and performance.

In collaboration and documentation, work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Collaborate with the Project Manager and other team members to achieve project objectives and deliver successful outcomes. Document automation processes, technical specifications, and best practices. Engage in continuous learning and skills development to stay current with industry trends and best practices in DevOps and platform reliability.

Key Skills:

You have a minimum of 8 years of experience in Python development, with a focus on automation and API integration. You bring hands-on experience integrating and automating workflows using APIs from products such as GitHub, SonarQube, and Jira.

You are proficient in designing and developing interactive dashboards using frameworks such as Angular, Node JS, Flask/Django, Dash, or Streamlit. Your expertise includes database architecture, design, and SQL with tools like PostgreSQL, MySQL, or NoSQL databases.

You have a solid understanding of software engineering best practices, version control systems like Git, and CI/CD pipelines. Your background includes experience with housekeeping automation and process optimization in a tech environment.

You possess excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills, and are capable of working both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment. Your understanding of DevOps principles and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders make you a valuable team player.
