Role Description We're in search of an RPA Developer that is ready to innovate and explore what's possible in the world or robotics. In this role, you'll work cross-functionally with business operations and business analysts to create and optimize workflow processes. You'll also lead initiatives related to designing and managing workflow automation projects, testing and fixing bugs. Work with Business Analysts, Scrum Masters, QA Analysts, Product Owners, and other cross-functional resources to define and deliver business impacting projects. Work directly with stakeholders to capture businessrequirements and translate them into technical approaches and designs that can be implemented. Collaborate with development team membersto ensure proper implementation and integration of the solutions. Role & responsibilities Design, develop, and implement end-to-end IDP solutions, from document ingestion to data extraction, validation, and integration with downstream systems. Utilize and integrate various AI/ML techniques, including OCR, computer vision, natural language processing (NLP), and deep learning, for document understanding and data extraction. Develop and train machine learning models for document classification, entity recognition, and data validation. Work with a variety of document types, including invoices, contracts, forms, purchase orders, and other business documents. Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and other engineers to understand requirements, define technical specifications, and deliver high-quality solutions. Optimize and fine-tune IDP models for performance, accuracy, and scalability. Implement data quality checks and validation rules to ensure the integrity of extracted information. Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in IDP, AI, ML, and NLP technologies and recommend their application. Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to IDP systems. Preferred candidate profile Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in developing and deploying Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) or similar data extraction solutions. Strong programming skills in Python (or similar languages like Java, C#) with experience in relevant libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, OpenCV, SpaCy, NLTK). In-depth understanding of OCR technologies and their practical applications. Proven experience with machine learning and deep learning concepts, particularly in the context of computer vision and natural language processing. Experience with document parsing, information extraction, and data normalization techniques. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their relevant services for AI/ML and data processing. Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git). Strong problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
