Python Developer

• Design, implement, and maintain backend services and RESTful APIs using Python and frameworks like Django or Flask.
• Collaborate with product owners and UI/UX designers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Optimize application performance through code reviews, profiling, and effective caching strategies.
• Integrate with SQL/NoSQL databases, ensuring data integrity and efficient query performance.
• Develop and maintain automated tests (unit, integration) to ensure code quality and reliability.
• Participate in agile ceremonies, contribute to sprint planning, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  

Skills & Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in Python development with strong OOP and scripting skills.
• Proficiency in Django or Flask for building web applications and APIs.
• Solid experience with relational (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases.
• Hands-on knowledge of RESTful API design principles and microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with Git workflows, branching strategies, and code review tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills, debugging techniques, and command over Linux/Unix environments.
  

Preferred

• Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration using Kubernetes.
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Terraform).
