Position Summary:

We are looking for a Back-End Engineer who specializes in Python and has experience in building scalable and high-performance backend systems. The ideal candidate will work on developing REST APIs, database management, and server-side logic, ensuring seamless communication between the front-end and backend. You will play a crucial role in architecting solutions that are secure, efficient, and optimized for performance.

Functional Responsibilities:

Backend Development & API Design

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and high-performance REST APIs using FastAPI.
• Implement robust and secure authentication and authorization mechanisms.
• Ensure seamless data flow and communication between frontend and backend services.

Database & Performance Optimization

• Work with SQL databases (PostgreSQL, etc.), including writing optimized queries and managing database schemas.
• Implement data storage solutions that ensure high availability, performance, and scalability.
• Monitor database performance and troubleshoot any issues proactively.

Server-Side Logic & Security

• Develop and maintain scalable microservices using Python.
• Implement security best practices to protect data integrity and prevent vulnerabilities.
• Handle server-side logic to support business requirements efficiently.

Monitoring & Analytics

• Implement monitoring tools to track application performance and system health.
• Set up logging mechanisms for better debugging and system observability.
• Use analytics to optimize application performance and database efficiency.

General Engineering Responsibilities

• Collaborate with front-end engineers to ensure seamless API integration.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Stay updated with the latest backend technologies, frameworks, and best practices.

Personal Attributes & Experience:

• 3-6 years

  of experience in backend development with a strong focus on Python.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to debug, optimize, and scale backend applications effectively.

Qualifications Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
