About the Hiring Function

Business and Commercial handles the Supply Management function in our company. It is a key contributor to the company's competitiveness and performance by managing materials used by the organization efficiently and effectively. The function is responsible for procurement and management of raw materials, consumables, and services for the organization.

About the Position

Managing end-to-end Supply Chain Operations at our Bangalore Press.

Roles & Responsibility

Responsible for overseeing and managing the Plant's overall supply chain, procurement, and logistics strategy and operations to maximize process efficiency and productivity. In addition, plays a crucial role in developing and maintaining good relationships with vendors and end users.

Supply Chain

• Overall responsibility for Plant Inventory & operations across our OSP’s.
• Control and monitor SOP’s related to plant supply chain and materials.
• Manage inventory, deliveries, shipments, and stock levels across multiple plants and SKU’s.
• Evaluates deliveries, shipments, and product levels to improve inventory control procedures.
• Manages import logistics operations & 3PL’s.
• Develop business relationships with competitors & suppliers.
• Ensure plant supplies are fulfilled on time.

Leadership:

- Influence decision-makers in a complex environment and drive actions/decisions.

- Provide Strategic and Leadership inputs/guidance for the team.

- Work closely with regional & cross-regional teams for effective cross-collaboration.

- Optimize & strengthen relationships with stakeholders and ensure end-user satisfaction.

- Facilitate team members' development and growth.

Qualifications & Skills:

1. B.E/B.Tech (post-graduate in supply chain/operations, will be an added advantage.)
2. Experience: 8-12 years of experience across

   Manufacturing industries at Plant level is a must

   .
3. SAP or any other

   ERP knowledge is a must

   .
4. Warehouse People management experience is a must.
