Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, or a related field

• 2–3 years of relevant experience in procurement, vendor management, or supply chain—preferably in fragrance, essential oils, or beauty-related sectors

• Strong negotiation and communication skills

• High attention to detail with a sound understanding of printing techniques and packaging materials

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic inventory software

• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

• Ability to manage deadlines and work effectively under pressure

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with existing vendors to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods

• Negotiate product pricing, quality, and delivery terms to optimize costs and ensure consistency

• Plan procurement timelines in line with production schedules to maintain optimal inventory levels

• Source and onboard new vendors across India to support business growth and diversification

• Participate in exhibitions and vendor meets to stay updated on product innovation and sourcing opportunities

• Work closely with warehouse and production teams to align purchases with actual demand

• Maintain procurement documentation and vendor records accurately

• Ensure quality checks are in place for all incoming supplies

• Analyze procurement data to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve sourcing efficiency

• Address issues related to delayed deliveries, quality concerns, or supply gaps proactively
