Job Summary

Purchase Executive

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and evaluate reliable suppliers/vendors for required goods and services.
  • Negotiate pricing, credit terms, and contracts to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality standards.
  • Issue purchase orders and follow up to ensure timely delivery.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with internal departments for material requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and vendor performance.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement guidelines.
  • Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships to ensure long-term supply chain efficiency.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of procurement processes and vendor management.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and ERP systems.

Qualifications

  • Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
