As a Purchasing Executive at Theobroma Foods Private Limited, located in Bengaluru, your primary role will involve managing purchase orders, handling purchase requisitions, and ensuring efficient procurement of goods. Your responsibilities will include coordinating with suppliers, managing inventory levels, negotiating contracts, and maintaining updated records of purchases, pricing, and other essential data. Key Responsibilities: - Manage purchase orders and purchase requisitions effectively - Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods - Maintain inventory levels to meet operational requirements - Negotiate contracts with suppliers to secure favorable terms - Keep accurate records of purchases, pricing, and related data Qualifications Required: - Experience in Purchase Orders, Purchase Requisitions, and Purchase Management - Proficiency in procurement processes and techniques - Strong communication skills to interact effectively with suppliers - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Ability to negotiate effectively and maintain supplier relationships - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred - Experience in the food industry would be advantageous Please note that this is a full-time on-site role in Bengaluru, and your contribution to Theobroma's mission of spreading happiness through delightful desserts and savories will be highly valued.,
