Job Title- Purchase Executive
Job Summary- The Purchase Executive is responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and procuring materials, components, and services necessary for the manufacturing of sanitary ware products. This role requires close collaboration with suppliers, internal departments, and other stakeholders to ensure the procurement process is efficient, cost-effective, and aligned with the company's quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Procurement Planning: Develop and implement procurement plans based on production schedules and inventory requirements

2. Supplier Management: o Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers based on quality, price, and delivery capabilities.

o Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure long-term collaboration.

3* Negotiation and Contract Management:* o Negotiate terms and conditions with suppliers to secure the best possible deals.

4.Cost Managemento Monitor market trends and price fluctuations to make informed purchasing decisions.

5.Inventory Management: Work closely with the inventory management team to optimize stock levels and minimize excess inventory.

6. Documentation and Reporting: o Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, including purchase orders, contracts, and supplier information.

Prepare regular reports on procurement status, cost savings, and supplier

7.Cross-Functional Collaboration : Collaborate with production, quality control, finance, and other departments to ensure seamless operations.

8.Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements

Qualifications and Skills:

· Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.(Sanitary ware) or Auto Mobile.

· Proven experience as a Purchase Executive or in a similar procurement role, preferably in the manufacturing industry.

· Strong negotiation and communication skills.

· Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

· Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.

· Knowledge of market research, data analysis, and purchasing best practices.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
