We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Purchase Manager to lead procurement operations and streamline project purchasing in our Jaipur office.

Role Summary

The Purchase Manager will be responsible for end-to-end procurement processes including vendor management, purchase order issuance, billing coordination, material planning, and cost control. The ideal candidate must have prior core experience in interior fit-outs, turnkey execution, and civil works, and should be capable of handling vendor negotiations, timely sourcing, and inventory planning independently.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete procurement cycle from material planning to vendor payments
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard new vendors across categories relevant to interior, civil, and turnkey execution
• Issue and track Purchase Orders (POs) in alignment with project timelines and budgets
• Ensure timely procurement of materials, consumables, and services as per BOQ/specifications
• Coordinate with site teams, project managers, and store teams for requirement forecasting
• Negotiate prices, delivery schedules, and terms to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality standards
• Handle vendor billing, GRN (Goods Receipt Note) validation, and documentation with accounts team
• Maintain purchase records, price comparisons, and vendor databases using internal systems
• Collaborate with finance and audit teams for verification and processing of vendor payments
• Monitor material movement and ensure compliance with company procurement policies

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline; diploma or certification in supply chain/purchasing will be a plus
• 4–5 years of core procurement experience in interior fit-outs, turnkey projects, and civil work
• Strong understanding of BOQs, material specifications, vendor networks, and market rates
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel), ERP or procurement software tools
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and vendor relationship skills
• Strong documentation and coordination abilities
• Ability to handle multiple projects and urgent requirements simultaneously
