Job Purpose: To ensure timely delivery of material by the suppliers for the smooth functioning of the production and new developments with cost effective purchases at the specified quality standards.

• Negotiation Skills • Communication Skills
• Good Inter-relationship skills
• Time Management
• Working knowledge of ERP System
• Knowledge of Taxation is advisable
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Implementation of correct Purchase System and Procedures as per ISO.
2. Planning and budgeting of purchases according to the sales plan
3. Cost Reduction
4. Inventory and Material management
5. Vendor Management
6. MIS Reports
7. Forecasting likely levels of demand for material to meet the production needs and keeping a constant check on stock levels to maximize production efficiency
8. Liaoning between suppliers, manufacturers, relevant internal departments and customers, identifying potential suppliers, visiting existing suppliers, and building and maintaining good relationships with them
9. Negotiating and agreeing contracts and monitoring their progress, vendor assessment, processing payments and invoices
