Job Title: Accountant (3–4 Years Experience) Location: Jaipur Job Type: Full-Time Department: Accounts & Finance About the Company CMA Modular Systems Pvt Ltd is a dynamic and rapidly growing company in the field of [e.g., turnkey projects, manufacturing, modular furniture, etc.]. We are looking for a skilled and reliable Accountant with 3–4 years of experience who can manage end-to-end accounting operations, including GST, TDS, vendor payments, and compliance . Key Responsibilities Maintain accurate and up-to-date books of accounts, ledgers, and financial records. Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9) and manage input tax credit (ITC) reconciliations. Handle TDS deduction, challan payments, and quarterly TDS return filings (24Q, 26Q, etc.). Oversee Vendor Management : Maintain vendor database and payment terms. Track outstanding bills, follow up for invoices and compliance documents (GST, PAN, etc.). Process vendor bills, ensure timely payments, and resolve disputes if any. Reconcile vendor accounts and prepare aging reports. Manage accounts payable and receivable , bank reconciliations, and petty cash. Coordinate with internal departments (purchase, admin, project) for payment approvals. Assist in audit preparations , internal controls, and compliance with statutory requirements. Prepare MIS reports, financial summaries, and assist in budgeting and forecasting. Ensure compliance with company financial policies and government regulations. Required Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce (B.Com / M.Com / MBA in Finance). 3 to 4 years of solid accounting experience. Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel , and accounting platforms like Zoho Books or QuickBooks. In-depth knowledge of GST laws, TDS rules, vendor billing cycles , and reconciliation processes. Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines with accuracy. What We Offer A professional, growth-oriented work environment.
