Purchase Manager

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Purchase Manager to join our team at Three Shul Motors

In this role, you will oversee the end-to-end procurement process, from sourcing suppliers and managing vendor relationships to ensuring cost optimisation and a seamless supply chain. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, implement strategic decisions, and establish best practices within our procurement function.

Key Objectives

• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Purchase Manager in the Indian market.
• Develop and implement procurement strategies and policies for cost optimisation and supply chain efficiency.
• Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers based on quality, reliability, and cost-effectiveness while ensuring compliance with ethical and sustainability standards.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure favourable terms, pricing, and long-term partnerships.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align procurement activities with organisational requirements and goals.
• Conduct market research to stay informed on industry trends, supplier capabilities, and price fluctuations.
• Manage supplier relationships, including performance evaluations, issue resolution, and ongoing collaboration.
• Monitor inventory levels, analyses demand patterns, and implement stock management strategies to avoid shortages or overstocking.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement procurement systems and tools to improve efficiency and transparency.
• Analyse inventory, demand forecasts, and consumption to optimise stock and reduce costs.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and enhance procurement processes.
• Prepare and present procurement reports, metrics, and performance updates to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with sustainability practices, ethical sourcing, and local supplier engagement.
• Stay updated on procurement-related legal and regulatory requirements.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
