Job Description

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement procurement strategies to meet cost, quality, and delivery targets.
Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers for electrical, plastic, and metal components used in LED manufacturing.
Manage multiple SKUs and ensure uninterrupted material availability for production.
Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams to meet technical and operational requirements.
Monitor supplier performance, resolve issues, and ensure adherence to contracts.
Identify cost-saving opportunities and drive process improvements.
Stay updated on market trends and ensure compliance with company and statutory norms.

Experience Required:

3–7 years in procurement, preferably in electrical, plastic, metal, or LED manufacturing industries.
Strong vendor management, negotiation, and multi-SKU handling experience.
Educational Background: Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering preferred.
