Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced Procurement && Operations Manager to manageprocurement operations, vendor development, and supply coordination.The ideal candidate will lead purchasing activities, oversee field operations, andmaintain high-quality standards in alignment with our international benchmarks.Key Responsibilities:
Lead the procurement of granite, marble, and other natural stones from
suppliers and factories across India. Negotiate competitive rates, terms, and delivery schedules with vendors. Manage order lifecycle from placement to delivery including field-levelfollow-up with regional teams. Ensure quality control with regular coordination between suppliers and on-ground QC teams. Develop and strengthen vendor networks to ensure reliable, long-term supplychains. Travel approximately one week per month to inspect operations, meet vendors,and audit field performance.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree (any discipline).
Minimum 5-6 years of procurement experience, with a proven track record. Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.
Willingness to travel regularly for vendor visits and operational oversight.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience working in the stone or building materials industry.
