Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Purchase Manager from the Garments Manufacturing Industry to manage procurement operations efficiently. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of garment production materials, vendor management, cost control, and sourcing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end purchasing operations for raw materials, trims, accessories, and fabrics.
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to achieve cost efficiency.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with production teams to meet material requirements.
• Evaluate supplier performance and identify potential improvements in the procurement process.
• Ensure all purchase orders and documentation are completed accurately.
• Work closely with accounts and production departments for seamless operations.
• Maintain updated records of purchases, pricing, and supplier details.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in the Garments Manufacturing industry (Mandatory).
• Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to handle pressure and meet production deadlines.

Job Timings:

10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
