Job Title: Technician – Fresher (Assembly line production of Motor controllers)

Salary : 12,000-15,000/month. After training based on the performance Salary will revised.

Job Overview:

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated ITI freshers to join our manufacturing team. This is an excellent opportunity to begin your career in the electronics industry and gain hands-on experience in soldering, electrical wiring, and PCB assembly. Comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided.

PERSON CAN WORK IN MANUFACTURING PLANT.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in soldering of electronic components on Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs).
• Support PCB assembly processes under supervision.
• Learn and follow basic electrical wiring tasks and safety procedures.
• Handle components with care and observe ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) precautions.
• Perform visual inspections and report any defects to the supervisor.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
• Maintain cleanliness and discipline in the production area.

Required Skills & Attributes:

• Basic understanding of electronic components and circuits.
• Willingness to learn soldering, PCB handling, and electrical basics.
• Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
• Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment.
• Strong work ethic and eagerness to grow within the organisation.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
