Coordinate between suppliers, manufacturers, internal departments, and customers. Monitor and manage stock levels regularly. Negotiate contracts and ensure quality service from vendors. Process payments and invoices on time. Develop and implement an effective purchasing strategy. Maintain contract files for future reference. Forecast price trends and assess their impact on operations. Prepare reports and statistical data using relevant software. Ensure suppliers are aligned with company objectives. Plan and strategize for sourcing, capacity, and supply network. Conduct raw material/packaging material supply planning. Manage production planning and scheduling for plant locations. Coordinate execution of supply plans across procurement, packaging, logistics, and production. Evaluate vendor capabilities via site visits and performance tracking. Monitor vendor performance for timely, cost-effective delivery. Implement tools for improved tracking, reporting, and inventory management.
