Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Purchase Executive to handle procurement activities for building construction projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in material procurement, vendor negotiations, billing, and coordination with project teams. Knowledge of ERP systems will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and procure construction materials, equipment, and services as per project requirements.
• Prepare and issue purchase orders; ensure timely delivery to project sites.
• Identify and maintain relationships with reliable vendors and suppliers.
• Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules for cost-effective procurement.
• Verify vendor bills and coordinate with the accounts team for processing.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier information.
• Coordinate closely with site engineers and project managers for material planning.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure material availability as per project timelines.
• Ensure adherence to company procurement policies and quality standards.
• Support in cost control, budgeting, and procurement reporting.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Dip in civil/ Supply Chain Management / Procurement or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in building construction procurement.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills.
• Knowledge of ERP systems is a plus.
• Good understanding of construction materials and billing processes.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
