Department: Procurement / Supply ChainLocation: Kandivali East,MumbaiReporting to: Purchase Manager / Procurement HeadEmployment Type: Full-time-Onsite________________________________________Job SummaryThe Purchase Executive is responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing materials, products, and services for the organization at the most competitive prices. The role ensures that the supply of goods and services is in line with the company's standards and budget requirements.________________________________________Key Responsibilities• Identify and evaluate vendors/suppliers and maintain strong supplier relationships.• Negotiate terms, pricing, and delivery schedules with suppliers.• Issue purchase orders and track the delivery status.• Review quality of purchased products and ensure compliance with specifications.• Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and inventory.• Coordinate with internal departments to forecast procurement needs.• Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed to maintain inventory levels.• Assist in cost reduction initiatives and vendor performance evaluations.• Handle invoice approvals and resolve discrepancies with suppliers and the finance team.________________________________________Required Qualifications & Skills• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Supply Chain Management or related field certification.• 2years of experience in procurement or purchasing roles.• Strong negotiation and communication skills.• Knowledge of procurement software and ERP system• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.________________________________________Join a forward-thinking engineering company that thrives on innovation, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
